You know there has to be more life at work.

I am here to help you find it!

MORE ABOUT ME

I really like to play! And I am deep thinker. The combination of these helps me create spaces for quiet reflection as well as laughter with my clients.

My core values are authenticity, courage, and integrity. When I combine those in my coaching practice I always strive to develop trust and belonging in the conversation space. I have lots of interests and my favorite hobbies are hiking and photography. I love learning and my two most favorite books (so far this year!) are How to Change: The Science of Getting from Where You Are to Where You Want to Be, by Katy Milkman and The Search: Finding Meaningful Work in a Post-Career World, by Bruce Feiler. I am inspired by activists who work towards the common good and I commit a portion of my work hours to pro bono coaching for social impact, supporting individuals from underserved and under-resourced BIPOC populations, emerging leaders within countries in conflict, and international graduate students and new professionals.

 MY APPROACH

As a coach and partner on your journey towards creating the worklife you want, I am here to help support you towards wholeness. Little by little is how I see it, how I've experienced growth in my own life, and how my clients often make changes towards improving their own wellbeing. A small change can make a big difference!

In addition to creating a welcoming space, listening attentively and well, and using effective questions, I also utilize storytelling, habit formation, mindful practices, and personal ritual creation. My clients tell me these tools really enhance their experience, both in the session and afterwards, as they work on transforming their lives.

Are you ready for that next step?

One final note about my approach: my favorite award I received early in my career was the Quietly Making Noise Award in appreciation for my behind-the-scenes work. My favorite summer job in my youth was being a camp counselor. And as a young child my favorite teacher was in Kindergarten--she made everyone feel important. I integrate these into my coaching work as I support clients behind-the-scenes, accompany you on your inner exploration and external adventures, and strive to create an environment where you matter most.

Don't wait any longer to make this the year you improve your wellbeing. I know how difficult it can be to make some courageous changes. Working with a coach helped me to realign my work to my core values, begin to make small changes in my daily life, and shifted my mindset about what I wanted. Start today to take the next step. You'll be glad you did.
